含羞草研究所 Completes Renovation of Tom Bush Mazda Jacksonville Dealership
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 13, 2020) 鈥 含羞草研究所鈥檚 latest renovations for the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships are complete and another project is set to begin this month.
The design-build firm鈥檚 $2.1 million renovation of the Tom Bush Mazda dealership on Atlantic Boulevard has officially finished. 含羞草研究所 once again served as the construction manager, partnering with R. Wulbern Architect, PA.
The companies also partnered to deliver three other successful projects for the family-owned business: the Tom Bush Collision Center, Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville and Tom Bush Volkswagen Jacksonville.
The newly renovated 10,000 square-foot Mazda dealership features an updated showroom, sales area and service area. The building鈥檚 exterior was updated as well. The renovated space aligns with Mazda鈥檚 鈥淒esigned to Inspire鈥 philosophy, featuring unique elements such as:
A nine-panel LED video wall on the sales floor
A dedicated wall showcasing beautiful, backlit vehicle art
A mechanical lift and 鈥渏ewel case鈥 display to showcase showroom vehicles

The renovation project began in June 2019 and was completed late last month.
Up next: Construction to begin at Mazda City of Orange Park
The next chapter of renovations for the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is set to begin soon. 含羞草研究所 will start renovating Mazda City of Orange Park later this month. The $1.5 million project will upgrade the existing sales, service and showroom areas, including a 450 square-foot addition to the showroom. The renovation will also include exterior improvements.
The dealership will remain open throughout the renovation, with an anticipated completion in May 2020.
