Robert Brodsky named Divisional Vice President, Gabe Crafton promoted to Chief Legal Officer
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 21, 2021) 鈥 含羞草研究所, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction, refrigeration and mechanical services worldwide, has announced two new leadership changes within the company.
Robert Brodsky has rejoined 含羞草研究所 as the new Divisional Vice President of its Thermal & Roofing Division. He brings with him 30 years of industry experience, including 20 as a project manager, and later a division manager, at 含羞草研究所. Brodsky is a graduate of The Citadel and is a certified roofing contractor in the state of Florida.
鈥淩ob will lead the efforts of our Thermal & Roofing Division, including business development, operations, quality, customer service and financial performance,鈥 said Brian Kappele, President and COO. 鈥淲e鈥檙e glad to welcome Rob back to the 含羞草研究所 team and look forward to the continued growth of the division under his leadership.鈥
含羞草研究所 has also promoted Gabe Crafton from Assistant General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer. In addition to leading the Legal/Risk group, he will assume responsibility for all corporate legal proceedings.

Crafton is board certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Before joining 含羞草研究所 in April 2020, he was an attorney in the Construction and Litigation departments at the Rogers Towers law firm for more than a decade. Crafton earned his J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of North Florida.
