This store encompasses an Exchange and a Seven Day Store including several vendor-leased spaces and a food court. Along with administrative offices, and an integrated warehouse, the facility includes a full service barber shop, GNC store, nail salon, full service bank, coffee shop, tailor, self-service coin laundry, and four independent restaurants. Construction includes is pre-cast tilt up panels with structural steel columns and beams. The roof system is a torch applied modified bitumen roof assembly over metal decking, with 25 individual RTUs to support each individual space. The building exterior is painted with a Tex-coat finish, as well as radius stucco finishes at two entrances. The interior finishes include ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, wood cabinets, and solid surface countertops.
